How to reduce obesity ?

Hello Dosto!

Today i tell you all about reducing obesity.Many people worry a lot about obesity. They re also unable to wear their clothes.there are some tips that you can get thin by following so lets know which are those tips:-

1-To reduce obesity first of all include exercise and yoga in your routine.

 2-To reduce obesity these should never be an empty stomach because weight lass doesn't occur of not eating food but increase.

 3-To lose weight it is very important to pay attention to your food and drink.    

 4-Eating at intervals of every 2 to 3 hours.                                                                                  

5-Water is very important in reducing weight.Drink 3 letters of water throughout the day.                      

 6-Never miss Your  break fast.                     

 7 -Don't drink water immediately after lunch and dinner.  

 8-Drink water only after 1 hour of eating food.                                                                                              

9- Warm water is necessary in the morning. 

10-if you want to weight loss then please avoid fast food.

11-Take salad fruits ,green vegetables and green tea twice  as important in your meal.
