Many years ago in the era of king-queens people used to drink water in gold,silver,brass and copper vessels. Therefore his/her health were good but today is 21st century people started using ceramic and plastic. Due to which many types of disease have been stared, but now a days once again our fashion has come to drink water in a copper vessel.




In addition to the glass,mug in the copper vessel, it has started coming in the form of a bottle in the market. So let's see the benefits of drinking water in a copper vessel :-

1- Copper which fulfills the lock of copper in our body.

2- Copper contains Anti-oxidant which increase the ability to fight cancer.

3-Due to copper  having Anti-inflammatory properties there is no problem of pain,cramps and swilling in the body.

4- Drinking water in a copper vessel eliminates all stomach problems and drinking water in empty stomach daily doesn't cause problems and constipation.




5- Drinking copper water is a panacea for internal cleansing of the body apart from this and it keeps kidney and liver healthy.

6- Copper has a lot of minerals which also removes the problem of thyroid.


7- Drinking water in a copper vessel reduces your old age mark and keeps you as young and also reduce your face stains, reduce spots blemish and wrinkles and keep you healthy and young as well.

How to take care of your skin in winter?

You all must know that in winter our skin becomes very dry and lifeless which makes us need double care.
I am giving some tips which will make your skin soft and glowing by following:-

1- Almond oil is very beneficial for our skin.while sleeping in night please massage your face,neck and hands with almond oil and sleep. This will keep your skin soft and shiny.


2- Massage the face, hands and leg by mixing coconut oil in the cream of milk and you can wash in the morning. Face and legs will remain soft.


3- Face wash should be done twice a day.
The first when you wake up in the morning and second time before going to sleep on bed but you should use face wash of good quality.

4- Hot water is a panacea for all of us in the winter.We take bath also with hot water but many people also use hot water on face and hair which is very wrong.

5- Don't wash your face and hair with very cold and hot water.This can be cause of damage of your 
     skin and hair.

6- If you want to make your skin shiny and soft in winter then please pay your attention on your food.


7- Please drink 10 to 12 glass of water everyday even in winter also. This way you will not have pimples and acne problem. but if you drink less water 2 hours before bed time so that you don't spoils your sleep again and again.

8- Take VITAMIN A in the winter.
Those which are Fruits and vegetables of yellow and orange color must be eaten. This will keep your skin and hair healthy.

9- In the winter please eat seasonal fruits and vegetables.
In fruits LIKE- Apple, Guava, Orange, Papaya, Kiwi etc.
And In vegetables LIKE- Carrot, Cabbage,Sweet potato, spinach, fenugreek,peas,Mustard greens etc.


10- Take VITAMIN E in plenty. Due to which you will also be protected from cold.
VITAMIN E is found in  peanut,almond,cashew etc.

11- Lips become more dry in winter so in order to make your lips softy please apply Desi Ghee or lip balm.

12- In winter every part of the body along with your face it becomes dry so to avoid it thoroughly moisture your body twice in a day.

13- Foot cracking is common in the winter so it is very important to take care of your feet too.
Soak the feet in the warm water approx 10 to 15 minutes before sleeping then after go to sleep after massaging with some good oil so that your feet will remain soft.

How to reduce obesity ?

Hello Dosto!

Today i tell you all about reducing obesity.Many people worry a lot about obesity. They re also unable to wear their clothes.there are some tips that you can get thin by following so lets know which are those tips:-

1-To reduce obesity first of all include exercise and yoga in your routine.

 2-To reduce obesity these should never be an empty stomach because weight lass doesn't occur of not eating food but increase.

 3-To lose weight it is very important to pay attention to your food and drink.    

 4-Eating at intervals of every 2 to 3 hours.                                                                                  

5-Water is very important in reducing weight.Drink 3 letters of water throughout the day.                      

 6-Never miss Your  break fast.                     

 7 -Don't drink water immediately after lunch and dinner.  

 8-Drink water only after 1 hour of eating food.                                                                                              

9- Warm water is necessary in the morning. 

10-if you want to weight loss then please avoid fast food.

11-Take salad fruits ,green vegetables and green tea twice  as important in your meal.
